The Top of Iowa Tourism Committee consists of representatives from a ten county area including:

  1. Kossuth
  2. Winnebago
  3. Worth
  4. Mitchell
  5. Hancock
  1. Cerro Gordo
  2. Floyd
  3. Wright
  4. Franklin
  5. Butler

The committee is a network of persons from Chambers of Commerce, Visitors' Bureaus, Welcome Centers, Economic Development Organizations, Community betterment Organizations, and Historic and Civic Groups. North Iowa Are Council of Governments and Iowa State University Extension Staff both offer support to the Top of Iowa Tourism Committee.
